Workforce Healing & Transition Program™

A trauma-informed pathway supporting federal employees, forced retirees, and professionals navigating job loss, burnout, or sudden career disruption.

This program aligns with the iFramework™ (iReclaim → iHeal → iDream → iThrive) and moves individuals through emotional grounding, healing, identity reaffirmation, visioning, and long-term resilience.

The Eight Modules

Module 1 — Stabilizing After Shock: Understanding Grief, Loss & Emotional Impact

A grounding space to process the emotional impact of job loss, forced retirement, burnout, or unexpected workplace transition. Participants explore the grief curve, common emotional reactions, spiritual disorientation, and the importance of acknowledging their human response before taking action.

Module 2 — Rebuilding Emotional Safety & Routine

This module focuses on reclaiming daily structure, rebuilding stability, and creating emotional safety. Participants identify triggers, develop grounding routines, understand their stress responses, and rebuild a sense of security needed for decision-making and healing.

Module 3 — Healing the Internal Narrative: Shame, Identity Disruption & Emotional Weight

Participants examine the internal stories shaped by job loss, fear, burnout, or forced transitions. Through guided reflection and exercises, they begin releasing negative narratives, confronting internalized shame, and rebuilding emotional clarity.

Module 4 — Reframing Identity, Gifts & Purpose

A strengths-based, positive module. Participants take curated free personality, strengths, and purpose assessments (Enneagram, MBTI-style, Values Assessment) to rediscover who they are apart from a job title.

This phase helps them:

  • Clarify strengths
  • Identify gifts
  • Reconnect with purpose
  • Explore possibilities without fear

Module 5 — Visioning Forward: Dreaming With God & Reimagining Your Path

Participants are guided to explore new professional and personal possibilities, map out what’s next, reconnect with faith-centered vision, and begin designing their future with intentionality and confidence.
