DO IT, INC began more than a decade ago as a career and business coaching practice, rooted in LuDrean’s 35+ years of excellence as a federal HR leader. She helped leaders, teams, and organizations thrive through strategy, innovation, and empowerment.

But her true calling was revealed when her own life was reshaped by profound personal losses. Walking through grief herself, LuDrean discovered that healing requires both courage and community. That revelation expanded the mission of DO IT, INC, shifting it from a business-focused venture into a healing-centered movement.

Determined to equip herself as fully as possible, she pursued trauma competency certification, pastoral counseling studies, and advanced coaching training. Today, she integrates her background in HR leadership and business strategy with grief-informed care, pastoral support, and trauma-competent coaching to walk alongside others through hurt, healing, and hope.
